Applications are required for all rentals. If you wish to rent one of our available single family homes or apartments, please print out The Required Rental Application. Complete all of the information and sign the form. All of these rentals require a credit report, employment verification and previous landlord refrences. There is a $30 credit report fee. Fax the form to 585-279-8271. Completed and signed applications can also be emailed to Neil Rockow at neil@neilrockow.com
Vacation rentals do not require a credit report. Please use This Form to ask any questions or to reserve dates and request a vacation rental agreement.
